Plans & Reports

SLAC Annual General Meeting was held on 12 October 2016.

In 2015 SLAC team conducted a range of stakeholder consultations and research to formulate our five-year strategic plan. The new priority areas and goals were driven by community and stakeholder views and changing government policies, at local, state and federal levels. Our planning was inspired by exciting strategic developments in the City of Greater Dandenong, particularly in Springvale.

Our five year strategy map allows our team and the community to visualise the Centre in 2020 and provides guidance and direction for achieving this vision.  “SLAC Vision 2020 – Strategy Map”

SLAC is a Registered Training Organisation (national provider no 22231) and accredited under Australian Qualifications and Training Framework (AQTF) by Victorian Regulations and Qualifications Authority (VRQA). In July 2014 SLAC successfully passed AQTF and VRQA re-registration audits and SLAC RTO registration has been renewed until 31 July 2019.

SLAC team  conducts satisfaction surveys of our learners and employers every year.  The results of these surveys are known as Quality Indicators Reports.  Quality Indicators Report for 2015.

These indicators are based on a survey of 14 students and 2 employers. This sample represents 85.7 per cent of SLAC’s nationally recognised qualifications training delivery in 2015 calendar year. The students and employers surveyed for these indicators were selected by SLAC in accordance with national guidelines.
